Nurse Call combines a traditional call system with the ability to monitor staff response to a patient-related request. When the appropriate caregiver enters a patient room, the request automatically closes based on hospital-defined rules. Notifications and escalations continue until the task is completed, increasing awareness and accountability.
Patient Response Center
Personalized call management
Patient Response Center centralizes all patient calls and immediately dispatches each patient request to the person responsible for the task. Patient calls are answered with a personal greeting in less than 30 seconds, which helps improve patient satisfaction. One Patient Response Center can answer calls for a facility, a campus, a city, a state or a system.
