Environmental Services

Unified housekeeping task management

Environmental Services manages housekeeping and bed-cleaning tasks. Following login at the beginning of each shift, staff receive automated notifications about new tasks or STAT escalations for their assigned areas. A user-friendly tool allows staff to view all of their open tasks and easily update the system throughout the process.

Patient Transport Services

Streamlined transport task management

Patient Transport Services provides transparent processing of transport orders – bed to bed, bed to ancillary area, or bed to discharge. Transport orders can be scheduled in advance and include special requirements, such as a leg lift extender or IV pole. Documented communications between nursing units and ancillary departments facilitate process improvement.

OR View

Coordinated view of the entire perioperative environment

OR View provides a real-time visual coordination of all surgical cases from scheduling to PACU and discharge. More on-time starts and timely room turnaround result in greater schedule integrity and the opportunity to increase the number of procedures. Pre-op, OR and post-op workflows drive efficiency and ensure frequent communications among staff and family as patients transition from one surgical area to another.

Aionex Indwelling Catheter Tracking (AiCT)

Documented awareness and care support

AiCT gives hospitals an efficient, proactive way to identify which patients have a catheter and verify ongoing assessments and need. By monitoring catheter type, placement time, care protocols and removal rules, hospitals reduce the risks of hospital-acquired infections, decrease lengths of stay and improve overall patient care.

Patient Board

Condensed patient information

Patient Board gives caregivers condensed information about their patients and assigned beds. Interfaces with ADT and clinical systems allow awareness of patients’ open orders, and communications improve throughout nursing units.
